• In case you request information through the “Contact” form or want to subscribe to electronic newsletters, your data will be processed to provide you with the requested information and other information related to the We Are Water Foundation including by electronic means.
• In case you make a donation, your data will be processed to manage the donation.

The We Are Water Foundation will only proceed to the processing of personal data because at least one of the following circumstances occurs:

• In case you request information through the “Contact” form or any other means of contact and/or want to subscribe to electronic newsletters.
• In case you have made a donation or have participated in any of its events giving consent to the processing of your data.

You have the right to revoke any consent you have given and to access the information we have about you, to rectify it, to delete it, to oppose its processing, to request the limitation of the processing or to request the portability of your data.
